Christian’s Birthday Retreat 2027

 Join me for a weekend of celebration, some of my favorite activities, and great people! And yes, the traffic cone didgeridoo 😂

We will be taking over the amazing Narnia Escapes in upstate New York, a rustic cabin in the woods with a beautiful Russian sauna and frozen pond for cold plunging.

We can go with the flow, but here are some activities I have in mind:

🔥 Sauna and cold plunge

🍄 Mushroom vision quest

🌀 Breathwork, sound baths, and hypnotic journeys

🪘 Drum circle/music jam sessions

🎵 Campfire singing (I’ve got some sea chanties in mind to share)

🍖 Cooking and sharing good food

🌲 Hiking in the woods, visiting the frozen waterfall

🗓️ When: January 8th-10th, arrive Thursday evening or Friday

📍 Where: Narnia Escapes - 1120 Mill Valley Rd, Middleburgh, NY 12122 - near Albany

💰 How much: $800 per person - includes lodging, food, and activities

We can coordinate travel and carpooling from the NYC area once we know who is attending and how they are getting there.
