Are you ready for a transformation?
How would your life be different if you could remove all the blocks and trauma patterns that cause you suffering, fear, and worry? How would you show up if you could transform your limiting beliefs into confidence and unlimited inner resources? And what if instead of taking years, these changes could happen in months, weeks, or even days?
The key to this kind of transformation is found in the unconscious mind, the realm of symbols and metaphors. That is where the deep beliefs about who you are and what is possible for you are located, and they dictate how you experience your life.
If I asked you to break into song on a busy sidewalk, would you be able to do it? For most people there is nothing physically stopping you, but most people will feel a visceral reaction of fear and embarrassment at the very thought. It will feel as though you are physically unable to do it. That is all your unconscious beliefs built over the years launching into action, trying their best to keep you safe.
Now, I’m not saying your goal is to sing out on the streets of New York City (and if it is I’ll be there to cheer you on), but you can begin to imagine all the ways your unconscious beliefs are holding you back from living your dream life. The good news is that we can go to the source and update those beliefs to help you, not hold you back.
In this group, we will go on 7 journeys together into the unconscious mind, rewriting your limiting beliefs into powerful resources that will continue to serve you long after the group concludes.
Session structure
Each week will begin with a group discussion about the week’s theme to set intentions and prepare your conscious and unconscious mind. We will then do a short movement and breathing practice to ground and relax. After warming up, the journey will begin - Christian will guide the journey as you allow your unconscious mind to take over and update your inner landscape. After the journey there will be time for journaling and then a closing discussion.
The 7 Journies
Our journeys will follow a transformation arc with a new theme each week designed to have immediate positive impacts on your day to day lived experience. Journeys will be tailored to the group, and if new themes emerge that better serve the collective transformation journey we will update the structure accordingly.

About your guide
Christian's mission is to make the world a better place by helping people reach their true potential – people who make healthy decisions, form strong secure relationships, create positive change in their communities, and make their dreams reality.
He specializes in breakthrough coaching with individuals and groups using cutting-edge psychology and hypnotherapy techniques. Christian is credentialed with the International Coaching Federation, the Hypnosis Training Academy, Lumia Coaching, and the Wim Hof Method Academy.
As long as he can remember, Christian has been fascinated with the unconscious mind. The symbols, archetypes, and stories that define the human experience. The things that connect us all together, and the things that make each of us the incredibly unique and awesome people that we are.
He followed his love for storytelling and attended Film School at NYU's Tisch School of the Arts, and worked for many years in the video industry, creating documentaries and branded content. He then transitioned to the corporate world and worked as a creative director, but something was always missing. He wanted to go deeper into the unconscious mind and help people in a tangible way.
After a period of reflection and soul-searching while juggling his full time job and coaching training programs (and experiencing some gnarly burnout along the way), he finally left the corporate world and hasn’t looked back!
